I love love love these books! As the characters develop with each new book in this series it just gets better and better! The narrator is 5stars! I have read/listened to this book several times. Highly recommended!!

Keeps you on your toes

I really enjoyed this book it had so much going on, I wanted to hurry up and get to the end to find out what happens but at the same time didn't want to finish the book.
This book see's Shelby working on her own case as a consultant when she is hired to investigate the disappearance of a mother. Not sure how mind reading will help when she has been missing for a number of years Shelby is reluctant to take the case until she finds out the girl wants to find her mother because she is getting married. With her heart strings tugged Shelby agrees to look into the case with surprising and dangerous consequence.
At the same time Kate is back in Uncle Joey's life stirring things up and with Shelby busy he decides that he and Romao's can handle it themselves. Shelby is distrusted when she walks in on a meeting and offers to help. When she receives a distressing phone call Shelby drops everything to rush to there aid, hopefully she's not to late.
I really like the narrator and think she does a great job portraying the sense of danger needed in this book to make it so enjoyable.

What an adventure!

I am completely hooked on this series and can easily visualize the characters as if they are in a TV series. I love both Ramos and Chris and Shelby is such an easy to like heroine. Thanks Colleen for taking me away to this fictional world almost every day 🤗
