Edgar Award winner Andrew Klavan’s thrilling novel Don’t Say a Word follows psychiatrist Nathan Conrad as he confronts urban paranoia and murderous insanity when his family is watched, followed, and later brutalized by a twisted criminal and a mad giant who thrives on the suffering of others.

They’re watching.

They’ve wiretapped the apartment.

They’ve got their daughter.

They told them they’d hurt her if they spoke about it.

They told them, “Don’t say a word....”

Or else....

Once again, Klavan made realistic characters in a gritty situation. The only thing missing is the "E"s in "Klavan."

At times it’s hit wrenching, but the way each character has their own unique language it’s remarkable.

Thrilling and addictive

great story. and I enjoyed it. some sick men which I'm not fond of "listening" to. and lots of cursing which maybe I could have skipped if reading but I was listening so it was hard. had to take breaks from the book. I saw the movie a long time ago. both are good! just the cursing is why I took off a star

great but too many course words
