Exciting Read!

I absolutely enjoyed this book. I was interested in the story from the very first chapter. I thought the narrator was excellent. IMO this is one of the best Klavan novels I have read.

Although this was a YA genre, I think any age will enjoy it. It’s an exciting story and relatable characters.

Exciting story with great message

Felt like I was watching a movie. Narrator was perfect for this story. Interesting characters either whom I could empathize. Enjoyed the interview with the author at the end, too.

Engaging

I love coming of age stories/ personal growth arcs-well done! Some of the situations were a bit incredible but entertaining.

Klavan’s Best!

All of Andrew Klavan’s books are excellent but this one—for me—rang most true, most tonally perfect! Full of nuance and deeper meaning and the narrator was perfect!
