I don't understand why the hospital director has insisted that Siena Collins work in oncology.

She is a spoiled brat, unreliable, and causes too much trouble in a department where we must look into the eyes of death every day.

To make matters worse, she can't even touch or talk to patients. She is still in medical school and considering quitting altogether.

Her "job" basically consists of bringing coffee, making a few photocopies, and getting in the way. Yeah, I guess her most significant contribution is getting in everyone's way all day.

I wish I could take Arya's advice and tell her to . . .

But there's one small problem I forgot to mention: the hospital is named Collins Memorial after her grandfather, and her father is the big boss.

So here I am, trying to save lives while dealing with her immature attitude and tight jeans.

This story was only okay. MCs relationship is not believable. The medical jargon is not correct. Siena does a 3 month, 40 hours a week community service in a hospital for a drug charge? Nope don’t believe it especially with rich parents. Dr. Wilson doesn’t have much of a personality. The story comes from up to 3 point of views which means you hear the same scene from 3 different perspectives. It makes the story very repetitive. Has spice to the story which isn’t too bad.

Only okay

The story and the narration were just okay. Having to listen to two to three different POVs made parts of it repetitive.

The mature content had a little spice, but only earns a 🌶️🌶️🔥 from me.

It was an OK Toaster Oven Story

Inner dialogue took a bit longer to get to outer conversations. Hated how perceptions swayed so many to not see the real person behind the last name.
Happy ending…

So many secrets

You hear the same scenes from both POV making the story repetitive. First kiss comes out of nowhere, not believable. Lacks slow burn. Poor vocabulary. Lines are laughable: “what a fantastic night, you have an amazing body!” Said with the tone of “what a fantastic game, you made an amazing goal !”

Repetitive

I love the genre of MD books, but this one was boring, and narration didn’t help. Waste of a credit,

Didn’t like it
