Didn’t want to listen to this one because of premise…but might be my favorite in the series

One of my favorites

I love this book and this series. I bought this after reading the ebook and loved hearing this story in this format. The narrator does a great job.

I really like Clair Kent's Kindled series

This was a fun little addition to Claire Kent's Kindled series. And I did enjoy reading it. I wanted Cal to be punished for his actions at times, but i have to admit, their meet up is a bit unconventional, so maybe I should be more understanding. I like books 1 & 2 better, but this one is doable. I read it pretty quickly and plan on picking up book 4 whenever it's released.

I just love this series and this is my favorite one!! The plot is amazing and the relationship between the mmcs was so genuine and realistic.

He was such a determined martyr

The age gap gets even bigger with this couple, with Cal old enough to be Rachel’s dad, and since age-gap romance isn’t my favorite trope, I was braced to dislike the story. Turns out, I was just fine with the age-gap and instead got frustrated at Cal’s never ending pity party about him being too old and too taboo because of him being the father to her boyfriend. While it was on the angstier side, this romance was also deeper and more emotional than the previous two. Ultimately, I quite liked this couple.
