Max has been in love with his childhood best friend, Ash, for years. The reason he has kept it a secret is because Ash also happens to be Max's brother's ex-boyfriend. Complicated doesn't begin to explain their relationship.

"Winning You" (Fake Boyfriend 4.5)

Marty and Luce win a blind date through a charity raffle. Marty is young and vibrant. Luce is older and a little bit bitter. In one night, they manage to change the course of each other's lives.

Interesting.

I really liked Marty and Luce!
I also liked Aron and Wyatt they were cute together.

I had and issue with Max and Ash, I still don't like Ash and this story didn't make me like him any better. I feel Max would have been better with Jordan 😏.

The last part of this book was fantastic

Although this book was my least favourite of the whole Fake Boyfriend series, I’m glad I stuck with it and listened right to the end. The final mini story of Marty & Luce was epic. I found myself giggling out loud with this couple & their witty banter. Alexander Cendese absolutely slayed with his performance of Marty with his super funny snark and sass - he usually voices the more masculine characters, so it was wonderful to hear his portrayal of the gorgeous Marty. Well done Eden Finley, you’re one of my favourite authors and I can’t wait to read more of your work!

Super fun short stories

These were super cute and fun short stories. Loved the little insight to other series.

Love this series, love these voice actors

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this author, especially during a time where most of her titles are free thru the plus catalog. Yay! I have fallen in love with these VAs, too, although I have to admit that it’s frustrating needing to switch the playback speed back and forth every time the MC’s chapter switches. Alexander is a very talented VA, but I feel like he’s speed reading his parts, it’s just too fast. But his varied accents and voices make it worthwhile, regardless.

Great group of short stories

This is a great addition to this series. Short and sweet. HEA all the way around. The narration is outstanding. Toma and Cendese do a wonderful job bringing these stories to life. Well worth the credit.
