The swoony single-dad firefighter needs my help, but he might be too hot for me to handle.

I'm in Cozy Creek for two reasons: To get over my breakup and help my grandmother run her bakery while she recovers from a sprained ankle.

I am absolutely not here to fall in love.

But my grandma's smoking hot firefighter neighbor keeps rescuing me—from the side of the road, from a tree (don't ask), and then finally from my ex with a steamy kiss in a bar.

So when he needs my help, how can I say no?

As a party planner, I'm the perfect person to step in and work with him on preparations for Cozy Creek Fire Brigade's Fall Fundraiser.

Sparks fly as we spend more time together, but we've both been burned by love before.

I do my best to beat the heat, but then he kissed me for real, and (f)all at once, I realize we might just be perfect for each other.

Fall at Once is part of the Cozy Creek Collection of small-town standalones. It is a steamy, full-length romantic comedy.

I did love the story and the actors, BUT I wish they had the actual actors do their voices, instead of in the Cole chapters he’s imitating Madi which TOTALLY THROWS you off and then vice versa.

Very cozy!!

It was a cute, easy read with like-able characters. It would be a nice palette cleanser after a darker read. Narration was good.

Cute.

ARC Review | NetGalley - Like most people, I tend to enjoy books that are relatable to me and my life. Funnily enough, I am also a girl from Colorado who ran away from my hometown in a Volkswagen Beetle. I grew up with a siblings and was very close to my grandma. And being from Colorado, I liked the feeling of familiarity that Cozy Creek + Colorado Springs lended me. I also tend to enjoy single parent romances, especially when the FMC is presented as a wonderful step-mom, because, well, I have one of those too!
I think the side characters were honestly my favorite characters from this book, Gigi & Kenzie specifically. They were both so amusing and spunky. And they have me looking forward to reading the rest of the Cozy Creek Collection next fall!
All in all, I liked this book!! It was easy, written well overall, with rom-com like humor, endearing awkwardness, and just a hint of spiciness.

A fun seasonal romance - lighthearted and cozy, like a steamy episode of Gilmore Girls.

I am honestly OBSESSED with this series I cannot begin to imagine!!! I have wanted to begin reading cute more lovely small town romance stories and cannot believe I have kinda passed on small town romance novels. I can love super spicy books left and right but its nice to take a step back.

This book was so good. The ending tho I need more. Does the ex wife and her become great friends for co-parenting? Does Ross decide he wants her back because she was the best and try to break them up? Does he change his mind and decide he wants to marry her? Do the kids ask for another sibling? This one needs a second book! It was so cozy for fall.

Simply need more
