Amazing

This book was absolutely brilliant. I loved the story, the characters, the narration, everything! Get this book, you’ll be glad you did.

Excellent story

I purchased this because I love the author, but then realized the length was much longer than I normally commit to. I finally began the book and could not put it down. What a great story with interesting characters. I loved it!!

Two words: Michael Lesley

Michael Lesley is a simply phenomenal narrator. There is nothing I’ve listened to of his I haven’t loved, and this audiobook is no exception. Louisa Masters wrote a wonderful adventure I didn’t want to end. Romance, intrigue, some sadness balanced out with humor (the snark!). Highly recommend.

Enjoyable - if you like to cry and laugh

I LOVED this story. There is everything you could possibly want - snarky protagonist (check), adorable and amusing sidekicks (check), sweet love angle (check), action (check), twist (check), drama (check). The narrator nailed the voices -- the author nailed the story. Would love another story in this world.

He was my favorite smartass

The entire experience was enjoyable; it progressed smoothly and was fun to listen to. I'm hoping for a sequel. The narrator nailed it with the humor and of course the serious parts. I've always enjoyed this narrator.
