For a New or Seasoned Real Estate Agent , Please DO yourself a Favor , Get this book . I first got it in audio then also in print .. Take Action. Do what Harris says , implement , then repeat..
This is not only a book for Real Estate, i can say with confidence that is a book to Succeed in Life ..

The best guide for agents

I used to be coached by Tim and Julie Harris and I’m going to sign up again for coaching. I listened to this book first and it has so much solid info in it. Every agent should read/listen to this book.

Must read for realtors!!

This is a must read hands down. Talk about a thorough A to Z blueprint of how to structure and operate your business!! Definitely recommend whether you’re brand new, considering real estate, or a seasoned agent

Introvert section

It talked to fast and was just not able to listen as quick as he was talking

Very informative.

I found this to be very informative and motivating. I do wish it had an accompanying pdf with some of the formulas and things mentioned but I guess I could just get the book also. Felt a little bit like the book was sponsored by Orange Theory Fitness and that 1-800-homes or whatever it was, was the only thing I didn't enjoy about this book. But overall helpful.
