Pety bickering of all the characters, overall whining.

Rather an unbelievable plot after about the halfway point. Just could not suspend enough disbelief to enjoy it.

Romantic Adventure.

Another book I read a long time ago and knew I liked it. I don’t remember the heroine being quite the witch with a B, but I still enjoyed the story and as the book progresses the heroine does mellow out some. The book is dated as it is before 9/11 so many things are different concerning national security, but still an enjoyable storyline. I do tend to like a romance with lots of action. In general, I like Karen Robards books and this one did not disappoint. The narrator was okay.

I love Karen Robards books - somehow I had missed this older one, but it’s one of her best!! Great story - kept my interest throughout!!

I really enjoyed the suspense of the story

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I have listened to some of her other books but I think this is one of my favorite of hers.
