USA Today bestselling author K. A. Linde returns to the Royal Houses series with House of Curses: the story of Kerrigan Argon, a half-Fae, half-human as she seeks her place in an unforgiving world filled with magic, mayhem, and romance. Perfect for fans of Sarah J. Maas, Holly Black, and V. E. Schwab.

Against all odds, Kerrigan Argon passed her dragon training. She's now an official member of the Society. Everything should be well. But somehow, nothing is.

Her dark prince, Fordham Ollivier, has disappeared in hopes to beak his curse.

An unwanted wedding looms in her future. And the council election draws ever nearer. An election that she's been unceremoniously nominated for.

If all of that wasn't enough, the Red Masks, an anti-half Fae, anti-human terrorist organization, are gaining ground. All because they have a spy inside the mountain, inside the Society itself.

Someone is leading these monsters.

And Kerrigan is determined to stop them at all costs.

Great story and great narration. The author does an excellent job with world building that pulls you into the story. I’m totally invested in this series and in Kerrigan and Fordam.

I dont usually like spin off series but this one was so good I fell in love with Carrigan in the affiliate series and I loved this so much. can't wait for the next book!

I have completely fallen in love with this series, although I did like books 1 and 2 better than this one. The plot itself was great and suspenseful, especially towards the second half of the book, but the first half wasn't as enticing as the previous 2 books. Also, Amy McFadden, though a WONDERFUL narrator, changed Fordham's voice a bit in this book, making him sound a bit like Tieren, which confused me at first. Can't wait for my next credit to download Book 4 and preorder Book 5!

The Suspense Continues!

This part of the series kept readers from ever quite getting their proverbial feet under them. The author brought foreshadowing out to a new extreme but still managed to surprise and twist at every step.

The narrator uses her talent to put the reader right into the story. You aren't listening, you are living the story!

Quite the ride, excellent story and narration

I love that the story keeps you guessing. You become invested in the characters and hope they figure their crap out. I can’t wait to read the next book! I don’t want it to end.
