typical guy fantasy

this is the author's wet dream. all the girls are sexy and want him. deals with bullying like the idiot he is and thinks letting go will solve all his problems. then walks around with his head in the sky just to be wacked by the same bullys.

Amazing

A great book that has a actual smart MC. Can't wait for the next one. Hoping all the books are made into audible books. The talk about rape is by bad guys, which are bad people. Hating a book for it's bad guys is ridiculous.

A lot of r*pe in this story

Honestly this would've been so good if the author just toned down the r*pe and made the women actual characters. The Mc is 19 and I get it but his brain is always thinking about the wrong stuff at the wrong time. If you're just looking for something to listen to as wish fulfillment this is ok.

A great book for boys

The book is tailored to young boys, all about girls and playing etc. etc, etc.

The female characters have no personality

Every female character seems to have the same template of using their bodies to get ahead, which is fine for a few since it does happen and adds variance to personalities, but every single one is excessive and makes them one dimensional. They then all magically like the main character for no reason. The other annoying thing is how much the story flip flops the main character’s personality. The story starts off claiming the main character is smart and mature, but shortly into the story you find out he is just like an impulsive teen thinking and acting with sex in mind. He is given key information about his situation and been told to perform(incentives were included as well), but still he didn’t act to change anything, with most of his actions only coming when a girl is involved and that is after him mentioning at the start of the story to not trust girls.

Not worth listening to unless you have nothing else to do. Trust me I listened to the end and I can tell you the first book wraps up with nothing being accomplished. I was so bored that despite the story stopping in the middle of an event(Authors attempt at a cliff hanger, I think), I felt no desire to find out how things end and I can confidently say I have no idea what the author was hoping to accomplish in the first book.
