A great story and a great way of handling the inner personal dynamics

A great story and a great way to handle the inner personal dynamics. Didn't go harem, touched on it, and that was good thing. This was one of those stories that could have gone up over to the dark side of harem, but instead it was dealt within a way that allowed them to touch on it without Destroying the story. Hope this continues in the next book. Also, it was a great way of dealing with it's different levels of civilization and dealing with different people and their thoughts on different governances and their functions, positive and negative as we C in the way in which the futile deal with the nomadics and zelltree.

Fun listen

Story is fun. could do with some more depth to the characters. narration is really well done.

Better than most

It was an entertaining story. It didn't take itself too seriously and parts were rather humorous.

Way better than I expected

I expected the main character to be OP running around in the new world and somehow that included a potato, but it’s not quite what happened. He created himself a farm in a valley with his potato recruited. A couple of people to help them and defend this place it is pretty much a city building Book. It was very entertaining. I recommend it.

too much misogyny

I know it's a cultural touchstone but typically it is toned down enough that you can listen to the story. This broke through too many times to be set aside from the plot.
