Overall worth a listen though only a couple of the stories would be worth a relisten. For me that was the Bruce sterling stories( LDR should do all the stories from that IP) and how zeke found religion.

A few hits a few misses.

Both the writing and the narration are a step down from the previous volumes. There were a few shorts with good concepts elevated to pretty good when adapted to the onscreen format.

For example, Scalzi’s Small Appliance bits, in addition to being available in other Audible collections, are hilarious onscreen. Bonus: the onscreen format elminates the annoyance of narrators saying “he said” and “she said” all the time.

I’m fine having gotten this on sale, but I’m sensing diminishing returns and would hesitate if volume 5 came out tomorrow.

Go with the Netflix format for this volume
