long and sometimes stays on one subject too long. overall a good read and really digs into the mind of an abused child.

Depressing, Haunting and Reflective.

I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to have two serial killers as your parents even when your mom continues to maintain her innocence… this is just the most depressing book I’ve ever listened to. I hope the author and her family are continuing to do better ❤️

A book that makes you reconsider what you think you know about what’s going on in people’s homes

Great book. Profound and a painful story about how this woman’s survival and the things she endured and not only by her father, but by her mother as well.
