This book was recommended to me by my wife, who is pursuing her Executive MBA at Kellogg Business School. It is an easy read and listen, with actionable takeaways that are simple to execute and make a great deal of sense. Most importantly, it removes the fear often associated with negotiating. I also enjoyed the North Shore references, which felt very relatable.
