This book holds a lot of good information. It is thought provoking on points about intospection and highlights the importance of holistic emotional wellbeing. While there are a lot of good points, it is riddled with conjecture and oversimplification opinions. The book does give names to emotions and I believe this is one of the best parts of the book: giving a name to the emotions men feel. It talks about the stages of processing emotions and the importance of expressing them. But the book doesnt really give good examples of how to express them. It focuses on how it is necessary to consider the consequence of expression, but doesnt really give tools to express them. It offers suggestions of healthy coping methods for men. This book helped me identify what I already knew and gave me some things to think on. Overall 4/5. If nothing else, its a good place to start.

If you need help brother, not a bad place to start.
