OSHO: Children Need Nourishment and Support but Not Your Help

Osho responds to a question: What is the right way to help a child grow without interfering in his natural potential?

The child needs your love, not your help. The child needs nourishment, support, but not your help. Every way to help a child is wrong. The very idea of helping is not right. The natural potential of the child is unknown, so there is no way to help him rightly to attain to his natural potential. You cannot help when the goal is unknown; all that you can do is not interfere. And in fact, in the name of help everybody is interfering with everybody else; and because the name is beautiful, nobody objects.

Bringing up children by Osho is this exact same talk with far more added to it and it has the volume at a loud enough level to hear whats being said: however this particular recording I turned the volume all the way up and still could barely hear Osho at all. At first I thought maybe he was sick but then I figured out that it is a terrible audio. When the Osho talk finished and it said Audible hopes you have enjoyed this book it was at normal volume which tells me that this is clearly a broken recording. It sounds like Osho is in a different room entirely. As far as the content goes it's about children and how the modern world is all about "helping" which really is meddling. Children never have the opportunity to develop or become themselves because of over-parenting. Osho says we should love our children and allow them to explore and develop themselves. No child is a duplicate of another and treating them all the same is a bad idea. If the audio quality was better I would have rated higher but this book was difficult to hear anything being said.

This is the worst quality Osho talk ever! Children is the topic of discussion if you can hear it.
