Eli and Cici were perfect together. This He Falls First was beautifully written. And the HEA was steamy and perfect!

Sebastian York and Ava Erickson along with Savannah Peachwood, Aiden Snow, Vanessa Edwin, Teddy Hamilton and Aaron Shedlock did an amazing job with these characters.

Great Series

Wow - I thought Book 3 was going to be my favorite, but this one just may be the one.

Cici and Eli - second chances and secrets, forgiveness, love and longing. Aaahhhh I loved it!

Eli was kind of a playboy but with Cici he wants it all. She wants it to stay like it is... when things get serious she runs. And he's trying to hold on to her.
Meeting in book 1 and reuniting in book 4 we also get the other stories immersed here and all our favorite characters.

The whole series is great and its worth waiting for this gem, you won't regret it.

And let's talk about the cast. THAT CAST. WOW.
I always love an Ava/ Sebastian narration but add in all these wonderful voices and your ears will THANK YOU.

I really enjoyed this book. One of my favorites from this series. I loved the narration all the narrators performed fabulously.

Eli and Cici get their HEA!

Eli has had it bad for Cici for some time now but she moved away tho he never gave up hope for a second chance. So when she’s back home to help her brother out Eli isn’t wasting any time getting down and dirty.

Full of heart, emotional moments, and lots of spice.

Ava Erickson and Sebastian York deliver one of the most emotional duet performances in the series. Ava’s portrayal of Cici is layered—soft, conflicted, grieving, and deeply in love. Sebastian York, as Eli, brings the heartbreak, the regret, the longing, and the slow-return-to-memory with absolute sincerity.

I was fully shipping Eli’s pursuit (yes, I said it!) of Cici, and the narration made every yearning moment feel even more intense.

The ensemble cast--Vanessa Edwin, Aiden Snow, Savannah Peachwood, Teddy Hamilton, and Aaron Shedlock—
builds a world that feels interconnected and emotionally loaded.

This audio is powerful, romantic, and beautifully performed.

Pursuit of Love: The Pursuit Series, Book 4

Okay, so here’s the thing, I cannot stop laughing long enough to write a review! There, I said it. I mean … this story! What just happened? No, seriously, what.just.happened?! I’ve read a bunch of reviews since listening to this story last week and although I don’t feel exactly the same about Eli’s extracurricular shenanigans, I do feel that knowing something and having something described in living color for you are two completely different experiences. Did we really need sexual relations with someone other than the “ultimate leading lady” in this story on the page and very descriptive? No, not at all. That actually is just distasteful in a “romance” story. Were his sexual shenanigans totally above board? Yes. Would I have assumed, in this story, that he “moved on”, as they say, when Cici left? Also yes. This story lost a lot of love from me because of this, and it didn’t need to happen in order for the story to still maintain its impact. That’s all I’m going to say on the matter, except …

Dear authors,
If the age range for reading your stories is “adult”, then we “understand the assignment”, and therefor do not need, in this case the sexual activity with other women, shoved in our faces in bold.

There are a whole lot of circumstances happening in and around the story that do a lot of “distracting” from the main event and in my opinion needed a lot more development than they got. I’m still not completely sold on much of the “happenings” in this story and some of them just felt like they were thrown in for … *shrug* I have no clue. It almost feels like the story I listened to was a first draft of something that could have been deeply emotional and riveting but instead it just fell flat. *hangs head*

🎧The audiobook for this story is another duet style performance with a multi-cast. Sebastian York and Ava Erickson narrate our main characters Eli & Cici with Teddy Hamilton, Savannah Peachwood, Vanessa Edwin, Aaron Shedlock & Aiden Snow rounding off the cast of secondary characters. I cannot find a single fault in not only the performances but also the production of this audiobook. Not only is the entire cast made up of top-tier narrators, but the duet-production did not have a single glitch, pause or breath. It was honestly one of the best duet-multi-cast performances that I have listened to in quite some time. NOT A SINGLE GLITCH! 👏👏👏 Once again, audio saves the day! LOL 5+ STAR performance rating with a barely there 3 STAR story rating, giving this experience a solid 4 STAR rating!
