Outstanding

Lots of intriguing situations going on all the time, suspenseful and kept you on the edge of your seat.

A little slow but ends with a bang.

Hang in. It all comes together nicely. Of course it's a great book. Mr. Johnstone does it again.

Smoke will tan your hide if you misbehave

I have listen to a lot of this authors novels. This has to be one of my favorites. It is a rather long and twisted tale, but he keeps the story interesting and exciting throughout. Smoke is such a great character. Always on the side of good and right. After slowly and methodically thinning out the ranks of the bad guys. The rest rely on Smoke's good nature to ask for and be. given the opportunity to "ride on", leaving just the core baddies to face Smoke's personal wrath. Which he dispense's with aplomb. Good job Smoke. I will now find another.

Turner and Johnstone ride again ...

Great series. Many novels but near the end it doesn't seem quite enough ... This and PREACHER are his best series...

Turners voice is amazing. Turners voice is amazing. Fifteen word minimums are dumb. Go snoopy
