I really enjoyed listening to this book (she has a great voice by the way) because it touches on the natural wisdom of so many cultures on this planet. It’s easy to forget these things, and for me not even know it where this knowledge came from but Jovanka does an excellent job breaking things down to their cultural roots as well as giving us practical tools we can use day in and day out.

This is truly a great written journey. The author, Jovanka, provides a fun and exciting new way of reclaiming wellness. This read is a sharper reminder to take good care of ourselves. I would highly recommend this book if you enjoy a quick, insightful and fun read.
