This story was filled with forming alliances between the MCs, Evie and Cassidy. She was a string FMC trying to prove herself in a man's world while building trust with her new crew. Things don't go as she plans. Cassidy is there for her despite trying to stay away, only to experience his loss and grief. However, these moments of pain and trauma bring Evie and Cassidy closer to seeking revenge on those who wronged them.

Pornographic, an evil victorious

I only chose this book because one of my favorite narrators narrated the book however, I was horrified at the amount of pornographic speech and the fact that the bad guys are victorious at the end. For anybody with the moral base is probably isn’t for you.
