The Alpha King’s power is growing. The world is changing. His reign has just begun.

In Rise of the New Lycans: Book 2, Konrad Miller’s astonishing journey continues as he grapples with a destiny far greater and more terrifying than he ever imagined. No longer just a newly awakened Alpha, Konrad's power now touches the divine, sending shockwaves through the hidden supernatural world and drawing the attention of ancient, formidable beings.

As his bonds with his established Queens deepen, new, powerful women from unexpected corners of the supernatural realm are drawn into his orbit, each presenting unique challenges and intoxicating possibilities for his burgeoning pack. Konrad must navigate treacherous new political landscapes, from the shadowy courts of rival species to the ethereal realms of beings older than time itself.

The stakes are higher than ever as Konrad strives to protect his growing family, master his escalating abilities, and understand the true scope of his responsibilities. Ancient prophecies unfold, new alliances are forged in passion and power, and formidable adversaries emerge, testing his strength, his wisdom, and the loyalty of those who have sworn themselves to him.

This thrilling second installment delves deeper into the primal allure of the Lycan world, the complexities of fated love across different species, and the awesome, often terrifying, consequences of wielding god-like power. Konrad must learn that true leadership demands more than strength; it requires sacrifice, understanding, and the courage to redefine destiny itself. The moon continues to rise on his reign, and the fate of many worlds now rests on his shoulders.

The story itself is interesting and can be fun, though the author can get a little over enthusiastic and repetitive with descriptions. However, the audiobook narrator, even making allowances for British pronunciations, mispronounced a number of words. She also has a tendency to deliver a word as if it’s the end of a sentence, pause, and then continue the sentence, taking one out of the story flow while puzzling out what was just said. Add in the occasional background noise, and I feel I paid a professional price for amateur work.

Odd pauses and mispronunciation took me out of the story

I normally give almost all books a 5 star even if I dont like it, but this was bad. Im sorry just because you brag about putting out 100 books ina uear doesnt mean you should. Their are still characters that have maybe 2 lines and they are his wives. The girls get a little attention for the meet and bang then never have a moment again. I dont think his step sister has had more than 5 words spoken in both books together. Its like an Ai helped make this. The problems happens then is resolved in the most boring ways. And dont get me started on the weird vampire sex on the plain, never describe a 4 inch with water cum it was disturbing in a gross way. Nothing is ever explained for most the other stuff in the book and why things happen. Im going to keep reading this dumpster fire to see how bad it can get at this point. This is the kinda harem book non-harem fans think of when they talk bad about the genre.
Next time dont add more characters then you can mange because ive read some of your other books and they are decent enough.

Dont get me started on the narration and how they say things. Two voices for females and two voices for males.

This is probably in the top 3 worst books ive read.
