Well worth the 5 bucks I paid.

I'm in the process of buying a short sale and this helped me better understand what to expect.

I took a bunch of notes.

This book scratches the surface as to many of the issues and the process of representing Buyers and Sellers in short sale transactions. I've taken formal courses on short sales, but this book makes the short sale process easier to understand.
