I enjoyed this. For a beginner, it would be full of great information. For me, there wasn't really any new information but things that are worth hearing again. I love listening to things like this to reset my mind and clear all the clutter from the day. This one was enjoyable. I can't say I was crazy about the meditation part, only because the narrators pace slowed and was strange. However, it takes all kinds and he did a great job for the rest of the book. Very engaging.

This audio book is good for you if you are meditating first time. The narration is good as the voice of the narrator is calming.Causes me rest and wake up revived. I am not rich yet, however it helps me to give up to remember the pressure and antagonism of the day.

I am glad to have downloaded it, for it helped me rest each night. I was experiencing serious difficulties resting for a year notwithstanding when I'm drained. I was constantly anxious and stressed and in dread of the obscure. This one made me feel loosened up each night and helped me to return into profound rest mode. Each morning feels rejuvinating and very much refreshed. Appreciation to the creator!
