A satisfying ending to Voyager

What helps it a lot is that it doesn't predominantly focus on Janeway's time on Voyager, I'd say a good six-to-seven tenths of the runtime is Janeway's life before and after the Voyager incident. It adds a lot of depth to the character, and having Kate Mulgrew perform her makes the whole thing feel legitimate, like these are Janeway's actual words.
It makes Janeway feel like a real person with a rich backstory of triumph and failure, of love and loss, of struggle and success.
Good even if you never watched Voyager.
