Amazing story but predictable 

I love the character building and the relationship that the two main characters have but thing are predictable as you move along. Now I know it is most likely just first book syndrome and things will get better. But I truly enjoyed the ending and can't wait to read the next book. Overall predictable but 100% will read again!!

Interesting plot idea, could be executed better

I struggled to get into the storyline. The tension between the main characters felt forced and predictable. Wish there was more relating to the queens and the magic system.

solid start, great ideas, bad execution

I really loved this concept. started off strong. but the mmc was boring and the plot was not engaging enough for me to keep going.
