At age 32, I woke up in a hospital bed. I was paralyzed on the entire left side of my body. After two weeks of extensive testing, medical doctors diagnosed me as having multiple sclerosis (MS). MS has the highest rates of depression among all disabilities. I have learned how to reframe everything, and I have minimal depression. I live an energized, full, and loving life, and I can transfer my process.

Based on the reviews and the sample definitely not worth a credit but more importantly five hours. Yikes

Holy moly. I would suggest a different sample.

I do not generally write a review. However this book is so terrible and terribly read I want to save people their credits or cash. It is a Tahitian noni juice add, entire book is broke down by race not individuals. This point of view is in part to blame how bad our country is in this day and age. As a person with ms I was looking for information or ideas to help my disease. Instead zero information useful and had to listen about Tahitian noni juice and how racism is rampant in this beautiful country. At least the author writes about racism amongst black on black also. Wish I could give
negative stars for the entire time wasted.

Garbage and slow
