My new Favorite Series!

I've enjoyed listening to this series there are enough twists and turns to keep you entertained while multitasking. Its a light weight police procedural thriller mystery that has engaging characters. You'll find several famialr office politic personalities that you'll be able to relate to. Over all a very enjoyable listen - I stumbled into the series midway through so I have not listened to them in order. This has not taken away from my enjoyment of the series.

Another great book in the series

I love getting frustrated with Maeve's need to be independent. She's already independent and what it really is for her is stubbornness and insecurity. She's a great character and she grows up a little more with each book

Back to Business!

I loved this installment. The banter between our heroes is back! Real detective work, some personal evolution, and a clutching story makes this a great listen. I am truly a fan of the series and have become attached to Maeve & Josh.

Start at the beginning & keep going with these books! Each book gets better & better!!!! I hope
Jane Casey has many more books to read & many more series to look forward too!

Would you listen to The Kill again? Why?

Probably not, but that's just because I rarely listen to books twice, particularly mysteries. I definitely thought it was a gripping book.

What did you like best about this story?

I like the way the characters develop and how their relationships evolve.

Which character – as performed by Sarah Coomes – was your favorite?

Derwent is probably my favorite.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, but I listened to it fairly quickly, it was that absorbing.
