Love this series and lead character

Really flawed and complex characters. Fun and twisting plot lines. Beautifully written prose. Will keep an eye out for whatever she writes next!

This series gets better and better!

This might be my favorite installment in the series so far! There are so many characters, yet the cast is richly developed and I never struggled to keep track of them throughout the story. The reveal hit close to home, and for the first time in the Shana Merchant series, I actually guessed the killer’s identity through sheer deduction (though I second-guessed myself relentlessly until the truth was revealed). This one felt personal, which made it all the more compelling!

A continuing story of Shana Merchant! Loved every minute of this audiobook. Tessa Wegert makes sure you can read each one as a standalone, but it’s so much better when you read them in order. I can’t wait for more. My husband and I listen to the audiobooks together.

Another great book! Growing up in that area the descriptions are spot on. I can picture the view. Characters are so likable!
