This is probably the best leadership development books for Christians that there is.

So much life research, study, and deep thought have gone into this book. He has thought and covered so many things that address barriers and experiences that are common to God’s development for Christian leaders. There is so much in here I will probably listen to it two more times, and purchase the most current edition. If you are in any sort of Christian leadership, or feel Gods leading in that way, part time or full, please invest in yourself and listen / read / apply this great work.
