Cherishing

A sweet love story! Loved the characters who each put the others needs first. They not only loved each other but cherished each other.

A Little Too Drippy

It is a fun mindless beach read. Won’t stay in my memory. But kind of an empty calories sort of read. Grant is two dimensional. I grew weary of “But Tessa!” Ella was an airhead for the most part. She likes self pity parties. I didn’t ever feel the chemistry between them. I really didn’t buy the ending and the sticky emotions icked me out.

Sweet Romcom Personified

This was my first book by Grace Worthington, and I was pleasantly surprised! As a closed-door romance, it delivered such a sweet, heartfelt story without needing explicit scenes - and it worked beautifully.

The narrators truly made this audiobook shine. Their performances brought the characters to life, capturing the humor, emotion, and even the cringey moments so naturally. There were genuine laugh-out-loud scenes, some heartbreaking parts, and plenty of moments that made me feel deeply connected to the characters.

I especially loved the character growth of the MMC - it was written so authentically. And I appreciated that previous love interests weren’t made into villains (which we so often see). It felt refreshing and mature.

The storyline was easy to follow, engaging, and perfectly suited to audio format. I’ll definitely be continuing with the rest of the series!

The Neighbor Renovation

This book was a wild ride. It was full of laugh out loud moments, which were then tempered by the sweet and vulnerable ones. This book was full of learning to move on after losing a loved one and accepting yourself. I listen to this through Audible and the narrators did a great job. I’m excited to see where the series goes.

It was honestly boring. I was expecting a little more! It was cute and sweet but I literally struggled to finish.
