Welcome to my hell...and not the good one where I’m in charge.

Word on the street is that my brother’s son was potty trained at eight months old. Unacceptable. I shall not be bested by God. I have pilfered plastic potties, Cheerios, and bagels. I am prepared to teach my boy to put the pee in the hole. All I need now is a potty song.

Or so I thought.

Apparently, sending Lizard to clog all the commodes in Heaven has put me in hot water with Mother Nature. The certifiable woman has threatened a pole-dancing punishment if I don’t play nice with my brother. So I shall do what any sane leader of Hell would do - die my hair, shave my eyebrows, and go into hiding for a century.

Desperate Devils do stupid things. But no one hides from Mother Nature for long, not even God and the Devil. Now we’re in a cornfield in Nowhere, Indiana. No magic. No cell phones. No IDs and three days to make nice and figure out how in the hell to get to Kentucky.

Good luck to us....

Sometimes you need a little heaven to raise a lot of hell.

This book was hilarious and I couldn’t stop listening!! I love Robyn Peterman’s books. She is the best!

I was laughing out loud throughout the book. I love her writing!! I have been a fan of here other series too.

OMG I never laughed so hard. To watch God and Satan have to work together is truly spectacular. Robyn you knocked out of the park!!!!

Peterman found her niche and hits the mark time and time again!

David Brenin has been a joy for narration in each of the Peterman books I have heard him. I sometimes struggle a tiny bit between books as narration changes, and thus character voices change. This narration was 9.5 of 10 for perfection! There were a couple of times the nuance between God and Satan‘s voices got lost a little bit, however, not enough to lose the five star review!

Peterman certainly found her voice, stride, style, humor, sass, & sexiness! Each book continues to hit it out of the park! I’ve adored each book of this series (haven’t listened to the short stories yet) & all of the Good To The Last Death series. This series obviously came first, and I can follow character development of the latter as I’ve listened to these. I’m sure I will enjoy the other two more recent series she’s written. Not certain about the elder ones as I enjoy the writer she’s become so very much!

This is a shorter listen, but worth every cent! God & Satin on a powerless road trip, without ID’s, money, credit, or cell phones is a fantastic premise!! The twist thrown in is, of course, perfect! It’s hilariously! I also believe Miss Robyn has brothers, or a bestie with them! She writes them SO well!
