Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this book to those who faces the challenge of managing and/or growing a business, teams, or focus groups. The Oz Principal, in application, is a simple, but very powerful tool.

Any additional comments?

The Oz Principle presents some very sound logic that can be applied to work and everyday life. While I found that there was no giant revelation, there certainly was an "ah-ha" moment when you dust the cobwebs off a principle that we all probably know, and start thinking about the power of it's practical application.

Great to Read when you feel threatened or down

Good book, short read but gives perspective on taking action instead of becoming a Victim. Stay Awesome Rob

Needed the unabridged version

It was very good but I wish I had the full version. This one was only able to highlight the major topics and didn't dig into the deeper philosophy of the topic. I can see it being of use in current businesses.

Great first step in career advancement

I love listening to this book on my drive to work. it gets ne prepped and thinking analytically about my upcoming work day. it also helps me on my ride home when winding down from my fast paced job. I live all the real world examples and useful lists on how to apply what I have heard.

This is one of the best books I have had the pleasure of listening to. I have applied it to my business & home life with Fantastic results! I highly recommend adding this to your collection. Especially if you are a business owner or in a management position.
