This offers new perspectives at how to look at life's interactions both socially and in a business environment I found it informative and supportive in my growth.

Interesting discovery of the personality of one’s self and those around you

As a person who wants to fit in, this book was refreshing and a great reminder that we are all naturally different but can still work well together using the right communication skills.

The only issue I had was that the audio book was not identical to the physical book. I love to listen to the audio book as I am following along to the physical book. So there were maybe about 3-5 times when the books did not line up & I had to skip pages.

Polishing your skills

Enjoyed listening to the fundamentals.

Not overwhelming or boring. Straightforward talk.

This isn't just for the work place. It is useful to every relationship or interaction you encounter throughout your day to day.

Double audio

Throughout all four chapters, I could hear the reader repeating himself in the background. Not sure if it’s audio issue. On my end.
