Love this book!! I've listened to this book several times. The plot and characters never get old.

looking forward 2 the next ..great storyline and characters. this book keeps you on your toes ..

Great world building

I really enjoyed the details that were put into the culture. The story started a little slow, but the world-building was so intriguing it made up for it. It picks up about halfway through as stays exciting until the end.

I really enjoyed how the narrator voices different characters. It was very pleasant.

If you are even considered getting this (I’m assuming after listening to the Winterking) do it! Wilson is a fantastic writer and story teller. You won’t be disappointed!

Sweet Love Story, but definitely check the Trigger Warnings

The love story is lovely, and it’s definitely a slow burn romance. The world building is detailed and beautiful.

But there is almost a whole chapter of SA that I feel was unnecessary. They could have mentioned it without going into so much detail. Granted it wasn’t as detailed as other novels I’ve read; but I feel the amount of time spent on it was needless, and didn’t add to the story.
