A young and beautiful woman named Gila had other ideas for Paul and wanted him all for herself. She did all in her power to woo him away from the unseen presence of Christ. Would she succeed?

A little different

This book is a little different from Grace Livingston Hill’s other book. There is very little dialogue and a lot of the character’s internal dialogue. But I think this is one of her best books.

I truly love reading Grace Livingston Hills books. She writes about characters who are timeless and about God who will never change and is always loving. Her books are truly ageless. The narration was wonderful.

Re-newing my memories of Miss Hills Books.

Loved The Witness. I first read this book in 1969. I wanted to reread all if Miss Hills books just one more time. Thanks to Audible Books I can complete my dreams. I own 106 of her books.

Beautiful story of God’s loving presence and His forgiveness lived out in the lives of those who trust in him.

A very thorough explanation of God’s plan of redemption interwoven in a very interesting and relatable story.
