I particularly like the fact that these exercises can be done at home and do not require a gym membership. I feel intimidated by the muscle builders that hang around at the gym doing physical feats that would be impossible for me. At home I can progress at my own pace and in private.

As Will Harlow said growing old doesn’t mean the end of our days.
In fact, I felt this is indeed a new chapter towards a life that belongs to ourselves. I strongly recommend this book as a guideline towards foundation of staying young, body, mind and spirit. I’m planning to revisit chapters that is suitable for me.

This book is really for in active adults. I was surprised at how much emphasis was put on just getting out of a chair.
