THE WAR IS ESCALATING!

Tidal waves have devastated America’s west coast as the alien Fish strike back to a US nuclear attack. The war effort is thrown off balance as the military and supporting militia try to draw new lines of battle against the invaders.

The Extraterrestrial Task Force (ETF) has created a new biological weapon that they hope will stem mankind’s losses. Their best asset, Ashton Slade, is caught in a Washington power play and soon finds himself with a target on his back. Compounding matters, other spies have infiltrated the organization.

While Cain and Falto fight on in what is left of Seattle, a young ASHUR pilot, Bianca Cordova, comes to terms with the mistakes of her past. A determined NYPD detective struggles as Manhattan is ground into rubble. Survivors of a space mission struggle to stay alive and a tank crew in North Carolina face their deadliest threat ever.

Humanity is fighting to hold onto its coasts, buying time to mobilize to fight the alien onslaught. ASHURs are proving to be just enough to stem the invasion, but for how long?

Meanwhile, mankind faces the chaos of the Tsunami of Turmoil…

I'm looking forward to more from this franchise. I hear they are getting the tabletop up and running. if anything like the books, it will be a good time.

awesome military sci fi

The performance was great but a lot of the scenes felt like repeats half way through. Still had some good scenes. Wish the Indian marines or the Porti Rico lab had more time.

Lacking Momentum

the expected resolution of the multiple plots that should be in this book from cyclones of chaos is not here. sprinkle in some battle scenes here and scifi there. seems like the author needed to finish quickly. i love blaine pardoe. i hope whats going on in his life is resolved with love so he can make a complete book.

half of a book

The world is an excellent concept and the hits just keep on coming for human kind. Blaine Pardoe pivots marvelously from his days at Battletech and really brings the world to life with intense story telling that has you connected to the characters. Adam Cain is quite possibly one of the most bad a** characters in any series that I've experienced in quite some time. Give it a read or a listen.

This series just keeps on giving.

This one was pretty hollow and really felt like his heart wasn’t in it. It really is starting to feel like the series is being drug or to sell more books but the dialogue feels like ai slop

Disappointed
