Luke allows Belle to live within the castle, as a guest, not a servant. She feels obligated to work and the sweet cook lets her help in the kitchen. Luke is enamored albeit frightened of Belle. She makes him think, engage in conversations, and adventure into the land around him. Belle does not believe in curses and she uses her faith to help Luke see the possibilities around him, despite the curse he believes plagues him.

The character development of both Luke and Isabel is truly beautiful! The connection, the vulnerability, the tension and desire between them kept me pulled in and I did not put this book down. I read it in one sitting and then I read it again within a few weeks to savor every moment between Luke and Belle. I cannot say enough good things about this story! This story is a must read and is a favorite of 2025! Whenever I hear the word ‘Truly’ I will always remember this dear story. ❤️

Perfect sweet love story!

What is not to love about love, redemption and the heart? How 2 different people join, meet and fall in love. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS STORY!

This is not a Story, but an experience!

My heart was in this book from moment one! Each character complete and vivid. You can picture every moment as it is being read. Every moment is filled, there is no lag in this story, every stone unturned. No moment where you felt the author left anything hanging. The wrestle between the two main characters is witty, fun, emotional & inspiring! Finding out how Sam got his name, was one of the funniest moments to me. This is the first book I have read from this author, I’m off to find more!

Love this twist on Beauty and the Beast

The storyline was wonderful. There were scenes with suspense, fear, tenderness and joy! I loved this book.
