Beautifully done!

I loved this audio so much. This audio made me blubber like a baby! Stephen Borne was perfect for Henri and the wonderful Lucy Rivers was amazing as Alice. This story was brought to life by the audio. I felt every emotion from joy, laugh out loud from throwing all the tampons, thanks Clive and the heartache. Beautifully done.

Book Review

A heartfelt story of Alice and a lumbersnack named Henri. They both were trying to find themselves but in the process found each other. A grumpy/sunshine in nowhere land and add throwing tampons at a moose and spice make this story. Between bouts of heartfelt feelings were laugh out loud scenes! Loved it and can’t wait for the rest of the series! Make sure you read the bonus epilogue!!!

Amazing

It was amazing listen to story on audiobook. It was fantastic. I can't get tried of this book. I dreaded this book before and now listen to was amazing I still recommend this book

Narrators Disappointed

The story wasn't bad, and I was thinking about starting the series. The performance is AWFUL. The female voice uses an incredibly "dumbed-down" male voice. It completely takes away from any special moment. She also talks really fast. I listen at 1.2 speed, but I found myself wanting to slow it down. I couldn't though, because the male narrator was soooo slow. He sounded like regular speed at the 1.2. His female voice was too masculine. Every book should be recorded in duet. I checked the other books in the series to check narrators and it's the same two for all 4 books in the series. Guess I'm out, then.

Hard to find a book that’s intriguing right from chapter one… this book is it!
