The Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi is one of my favorite prayers that I have memorized and say quite often. It reminds me to put Jesus first in my life, and to pray often for the well-being of others, for they are true gifts of the Lord. Many times this prayer has changed my outlook on life for the better, and has lifted my spirits when I am feeling disheartened or alone. The white doves of peace help me remember that the Holy Spirit dwells within me, like the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 3:16 “Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” ...

I think about angels most every day. I believe they watch over us and help us in so many little ways, and even in the larger issues of our lives. Angels are all around us. Sent by God, they guide us and protect us when we are in trouble. I frequently post pictures and paintings of angels on my social media account, and I send them to friends all over the world to bring greetings and to remind everyone that they are being watched over and protected.
