When I tried to leave, Grave forced me to stay. He's obsessed with me, and not in the good kind of way. Griffin is out of the game, but he gives me a piece of information that can set me free. I travel to Cap-Ferrat, in the south of France, and find this powerful man. But he's not the least bit interested in helping me. Not for free, at least. If I want his protection, I'll have to make it worth his while.

Instead of handing me back to Lucian so Balto can get everything he wants, he keeps me. He pledges to fight for me until I'm free. But as the weeks pass, freedom isn't as appealing as it used to be. This place has become my home. This man is my home. I'm not sure if I'd ever want to leave...even if Lucian was dead.

My husband of two years tells me he wants an open marriage. I'm stunned. I'm hurt. And I'm livid. I don't want to be married to a man who wants to open our bed to other people. But then I get a flat tire in the pouring rain and a sexy-as-hell gentleman helps me out.
