I've really enjoyed this series. The stories are interesting and I really like the completed relationship aspect of each book while continuing the thread of the hunt for a bad guy. And the heat is a nice sizzle. This novella was one of my favorite stories (really laughed at Ian's conversation with Jill near the end), but then Lexi had to go and give yet another heroine body image issues. Fat ass, saggy boobs. Really? This is supposed to be fantasy. Erotic imagery with an interesting story surrounding it. Why do all your heroes have perfect, hard physiques while the females feel squishy and a little chubby. You ruined the last love scene for me. Because while I appreciate that women don't have to look perfect to be loved. THIS IS FICTION. Give us great looking heroes AND heroines. Make the secondary characters imperfect if you think you need to appeal to every female's self esteem. Ugh.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This was a great 2 hour tale about the resident Dom an his lady love. Insecurities, fears of love and loss all swirl together in this love story of regret, heartache and second chances. The hero saves the heroine and heroine saves the hero. Absolutely love the depiction of strength in submission and love in dominance.

I loved this book too! So far I've loved every book in this series.
Only problem was its to damn short!
I REALLY DO LOVE RYAN WEST'S VOICE! 😍

Lexy Blake... dont write it where it sounds as an outsider narrating the story. It sounds so much better for Ryan West to narrate as the Dom. Plus at times it's hard to know which dom your talking about.
Other than that LOVED IT 😘
