You can hear the tension, the disbelief, and even the moments where her resolve starts to crack. She makes Briar feel grounded and real, which is so important in a story this intense. Sean Masters, on the other hand, absolutely nails Saint. His voice carries this calm, controlled intensity that makes every line feel deliberate and slightly dangerous. He doesn’t overplay the character—instead, he leans into that quiet, obsessive energy that makes Saint both unsettling and compelling.
Overall, this audiobook is fast-paced, addictive, and incredibly well-performed. The narration alone makes it worth the listen—and that cliffhanger had me jumping straight into book two.
