Loved it!

I loved this book and the characters when I first read it and now listening to it was amazing and like reading it again for the first time. Christian and Nicol did a fabulous job at bringing the characters and the story to life. I can’t wait for when the next one happens. I hope it does and that Christian and Nicol perform again.

how is this not plagiarism?

The Sarah J Mass books came before this one, not sure how she was able to publish using the exact same worlds that Maas books made and just creating her own little characters. Idk if this was fanfic that got published but it's disappointing that it's not a new story on its own.

She finds herself in a predicament where her captor plans to sell her to the highest bidder. Aurelie confides in her fae bodyguard, Eero, slowly uncovering her real truth. She is not just a mortal human, it turns out there’s more to her past.

This book is for those who absolutely adore a good Fae Romantasy. Its for the readers who love fated mates, magic, and found family.

I did find myself getting so irritated with Aurelie at times. It’s like she doesn’t trust herself and therefore doesn’t trust her feelings. She’s incredibly insecure and I just wanted to yell at this woman to get out of her own head!!! AHH!

Now lets talk narration. BEAUTIFULLY DONE! Another book where two narrators were perfectly picked for the roles. It was a 10/10. Nicole and Christian really brought Aurelie and Eero to life.

I tend to listen to my audiobooks while commuting. I found myself constantly getting lost in the story. Between the narration and the plot, I didn’t want my drives to end. I wanted to keep absorbing this book.

I am so excited to see how this series develops.
