"Expect the first gift when the bell tolls one."

All Cora wants for Yule is a few more shells for her collection, a cozy book by the fire, and to be spoiled by a minotaur—er, to avoid the Yuletide Ball.

Nymphs are supposed to be fun and flirty, but Cora has always been shy, bookish, and serious. If only Asterion, the minotaur of her dreams, would set his cap at someone else before she can disappoint him—like everyone else who has discovered her proclivity toward speeches on the differences between clams and mussels.

Just when it seems she's successfully dissuaded him, on the eve of her loneliest holiday yet, she comes across a package on her doorstep, detailing Asterion's plan to woo her: Three gifts, one night, one chance to prove he really sees her.

A Minotaur Tale is a cozy, gaslamp, holiday novella featuring a plus-sized nymph on the autism spectrum and the cinnamon roll minotaur determined to prove that he loves her for all of who she is. With callbacks to A Christmas Carol, substituting spoiling for spectres, it's sure to become your favorite spicy tradition for heating up the holidays.

I loved reading this around the holidays. It was so sweet and cozy! The MMC was adorable and I loved how he persevered to win the FMC’s heart.
The Narrator was amazing, I look forward to listening to more of her work.

Super sweet!

This was a sweet love story - if brief - but the bedroom scene was laughable! First, for the characters to suddenly shift to raunchy swear words without any segue was jarring. But worse was the utterly ridiculous “abdominal bulge”. Good grief! I mean, I get that Cora is not a human, but really?!? REALLY?!? So I detracted one star due to this. Otherwise, it was quite enjoyable.

Narrator was quite good.

Cute love story but…
