Great crash course

As someone who has suffered from allergies and tried many different treatments covered in the book, this was right up my alley. I think being into “This Podcast Will Kill You” helps, because the style of content is similar. Lots of patient stories help break up the more dense medical information.

Everything you need to know about allergies!

I am not new to this subject matter, and honestly I thought most of it would be review for me, I was wrong! I learned so much from this book! It was comprehensive and written in a way that those of us who aren't medical professionals can understand pretty easily. That being said, Dr. Rubin doesn't "dumb it down", he walks the impossible line, explaining complex systems scientifically for us laymen. I will be recommending this book to everyone I know!
