Such a great second chance!

I love this whole series, and seeing the characters in the previous 2 books to now was so fun! We saw them grow up, grow apart, and find their way back to each other! I love the family dynamics in this book, and the protective uncles did not disappoint! Do yourself a favor, and start with book 1 and read/listen to all the books! You won't regret it!

FAVORITE BOOK OF THE YEAR

I read 181 books this past year, and this book was my all time favorite. I own the physical book, kindle book, and audible books for the whole series. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!

Football, Amnesia and First Love

I thought this book was so good! This was such a quick read and while it was definitely sad at times, it was a great high school/college sports romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. It was quick and I'm glad that the author gave the characters good communication skills with one another (at least the older versions of them). One mini thing, as an SEC football fan myself (I am a fan of a different team than the ones mentioned). My head could not wrap around the fact that the University of Knoxville was orange and blue and was called UK. It was super interesting because I know the traditions of the schools in the SEC and it was hard to separate in my brain but it was good, The narration was fabulous! It really brought the characters to life my second read through.

A Perfect “It Was Always You” Romance

This is my favorite Seddledowne romance! Blue and Anna’s story is beautiful and heartbreaking and perfect. I am so thankful that they got their own story. If you enjoy “it was always you” romances, this book has to go on your list! I love reading, but there’s just something about hearing the voices of each character that makes this even better! The actors did a beautiful job expressing the emotions of the moments. You will go from laughing to crying because all of your emotions will be hit during this story. You can’t help but get caught up in the lives of the characters. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has started the Seddledowne series, anyone who loves HEA romances, and everyone who has ever loved someone who is just out of reach!

A Favorite Romance

Me Before: I read this as an arc. It was my first book by this author. I loved it.
Me Now: I listened to this on audio. I have read the whole series. I love this even more!
I had tears in the first few chapters because I know the journey the main characters would go through to get to their well-deserved happily ever after. Anna and Blue’s journey still remains one of my favorite childhood friends-to-lovers and second chance books. Character growth in this book was phenomenal…they both knew what they wanted after being separated and were open and honest. Their story solidifies the fact the road to love isn’t always easy. Can I add that the sports romance trope with football references and scenes were realistic and well written, too?! Yep, still a favorite five star closed-door romance.
The dual narration of JF Harding and Kristyna Ruth Zaharek was amazing. I loved how their voices sounded a big younger (but not childish!) as the characters are still in college. They both realistically showcased all the emotions and feels worthy of this story. Experiencing this on audio was a wonderful experience!
