a series review

Finally, a magical story where the main characters are actually believable! They are not portrayed as always being strong and arrogant.
They have PTSD, social anxiety, they're going through therapy, etc. And building believable relationships.
P.S. emotional support swords 😅
P.P.S. I cannot with the shampoo and conditioner...

Rough start, but well worth it!!!

I didn’t really like it much at first because I thought Essie asked waaaayyyy too many questions. I found myself thinking “just quit wondering about this and that and just get back to the story.” I was intrigued enough to keep going and I’m so glad I did!! It turned out to be one of my favorite stories I’ve read in a long time. I hope that someday the author writes about future generations of this great family.

Unforgettable fantasy adventure

What an unforgettable story of duty, honor, betrayal, sacrifice, and above all, love. This is high fantasy at its best! Great performance by Liz Brand. Highly recommended!

The relationships in the book

I enjoyed the relationships between all characters. They just flowed together without any effort. They brought the books to life by how all the characters grew to love and respected each other. I can’t wait to listen to the other books.

Great series!

These first three Elven Alliance books in this boxed set I found very enjoyable. It had great charactors, suspense, humor and clean romance. The reader did a great job with all the different voices. Definitly a credit well spent. Time to listen to boxed set #2!
